Prepare the white layer. You will need: 200 ml cream 200 ml milk 1 tbsp condensed milk 1 tbsp of sugar and 10 grams of gelatin, vanillin. From the total quantity 200 ml. milk 100 ml. molded in which is dissolved 10 grams of gelatin. The remaining milk mix with 200 ml. of cream and put in a saucepan on a slow fire. Stirring constantly, add to the condensed milk and sugar (amount of sugar adjust to taste).

When the content is warm, add the gelatin dissolved in milk. Continuing to stir, bring to 70-80 degrees, but in any case not to boil. Remove from heat, add vanilla, let cool until lukewarm state and poured into glasses. Glasses tilted. For slope it is convenient to use a suitable box. For reliability, you can attach with tape. When cool, refrigerate for 3-4 hours.

Prepare the chocolate layer is similar. 10 gr. gelatin dissolved in 100 ml. of milk. Separately, 50 ml milk and 150 ml cream, put on the fire. Add cane sugar Mistral and chocolate pieces. Cane sugar perfect with coffee flavors, so I used chocolate "Coffee with milk", but you and the other chocolate. You must wait for the complete dissolution of chocolate.

Then add gelatin dissolved in the milk and bring to 70-80 degrees, but in any case not to boil. Remove from heat, let cool until lukewarm state and poured into glasses with the second layer.
