Potato salad with octopus
Another salad, this time with a small octopus. Simply, but with taste!

Ingredients

  • Octopus

    400 g

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Olive oil

    50 ml

  • Vinegar

  • Salt

  • Parsley

Boil the potatoes in their skins,peeled and cut into cubes. The octopus is boiled in salt water and also cut. Onion cut into half rings. Stir in parsley. Salt , pepper and season with olive oil and vinegar. Give the salad stand for an hour or two before serving. Bon appetit!
