Lenten pancake cake
Cake vegetable pancakes with chocolate banana-m intalnim cream. Perfect for tea and diversifies the vegetable table at the weekend. The man-Candyman very much.

Ingredients

  • Water

    400 ml

  • Sugar

    6 tsp

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    2 g

  • Coconut milk

    400 ml

  • Almonds

    2 handful

  • Banana

    2 piece

  • Cocoa powder

    3.5 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Flour

    7 Tbsp

Cooking

Take 400 ml coconut milk (or soy milk, or water), put on fire, add finely crushed almonds, bring to a boil. Turn off the heat, add cocoa, vanilla sugar, add butter and bananas to break the blender (try sugar, if it is not sweet, add it to taste). I took soy milk and weight after whipping immediately became thick. If it seems watery, add some flour for thickness.

Knead the dough for pancakes, give a little stand to go in the fermentation process. Bake pancakes on a hot griddle.

Hot pancakes immediately coat with cream, about 3 tablespoons per pancake. All I have left 7,5 pancakes.

To give the cake to cool, decorate it as desired and serve with hot tea. All enjoy your tea!!!
