Buckwheat pancakes with vegetables and cheese
Original eateries pancakes baked in kokoto, with vegetable filling. The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2010, user of Ronja called "Vegetable pancakes with broccoli-stuffing "For the beloved"" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

For pancakes: I made them in my prescription. Boil water. In a separate tea Cup boiling water brew baking soda, add salt and leave to cool. In a separate bowl mix the flour with the eggs (here I am rubbing them with your hands), gradually add water with soda, then remaining water. Mix well and add to the dough vegetable oil, again, very good stir with a ladle. Chop the herbs (parsley or dill) and add to the dough. Bake thin pancakes on a well heated pan. Optionally, each baked pancake butter.
