Potatoes with beef
Personally for me, the whole novelty of this recipe was that the day before I was given the wonderful spices imported straight from the mountains of the Caucasus region... they are so fragrant that I was laid up in a Cabinet, the whole kitchen smelled them. Inspired, just amazing mouth-watering aroma of spices "Chaman", I made this dish! Accept, dear Cooks!

  • Carrots

  • Onion

  • Spices

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Ketchup

    4 Tbsp

  • Liquid smoke

    1 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon

Meat put in a pot with a tight cover, add half an onion, sliced half-rings, soy sauce, Chaman, dried tarragon, oregano, and Basil. I usually make the marinade the meat for the oven in Mayo.. but this time I tried with ketchup! now is the time to add it and then mix it thoroughly! after - cover with a lid and put them in the cold at least for 0.5-2 hours.

Add roughly chopped carrots, other half of onion (also roughly chopped), paprika, dried herbs, olive oil, salt. Stir it carefully.
