Summer salad
Now "cucumber" season. Offer a light and tasty salad that is easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • Cucumber

    500 g

  • Radishes

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Salt

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Black pepper

  • Vinegar

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

Cooking

Slice the cucumbers thin polukruzhochkami.

Add thinly sliced radishes and tomatoes.

Onion finely chopped, rinsed in hot water, went to the bitterness.Add to the vegetables. Finely chop fresh herbs (any).I usually use parsley, cilantro(or coriander), dill and some Basil.There also add finely chopped garlic.Salt to taste(usually I put 1-1,5 tbsp),red pepper, black(0.5 tsp),vinegar(3 drops), vegetable oil.
