I want to call your attention to the salad that drew our attention to a sauce (cream with mustard). On the website of a layered salads are so numerous that I can't say that I reviewed all. I will say this: looked a lot like this is not found. The salad combines meat, potatoes, beans, walnuts... all steeped in skim milk, and mustard give a piquant flavor... the Recipe of this salad belongs to the Estonian cuisine and is found in the book "Ancient recipes and modern tradition". Cooking
Pork boil and allow to cool in the broth to him. When the meat has cooled, loop it through a meat grinder.
Onion cut into. My kids don't like the taste of onion in the salad, so I crumble the onion very small. But in the original, recommend a very thin ring. Eggs boil, cool and finely grind enough.
Beans pre-soak (preferably do it in the evening), then boil. Salting the beans better at the end of cooking - it will give her the opportunity to be cooked faster. Boil the potatoes (preferably in uniform) and once cooled, peel and grate on a coarse grater. Beans combine with grated potatoes.
Chilled cream, and whip thoroughly in a blender and gradually add the mustard. How much mustard depends on the severity and the fortress "stuck its" :-) But usually 1 Cup cream 0.5 tbsp. mustard (to start I would recommend mustard add gradually). Little sunflower (quite a bit).
Now formed our salad. To do this, take a deep bowl . The first layer is a half portion of minced meat, pour the sauce,
now put a layer of the onion. Then potato – bean layer. Again pour the cream.
Then spread the remaining mince and add the egg crumbs. Still time well pour the sauce.
Now the final layer - walnut (walnut is very good to grind). Now cover with a cling film in the fridge...
... Allow it to rest and in the evening he will reach the condition :-) now you need to bring forks, plates and... enjoy the gentle spicy taste of the salad. Of course, it is very hearty and high in calories (but I think this salad is not for every day). Bon appetit :-)
