Cooking
Here are our essential ingredients, the number can be doubled if you are cooking for a large family or want to have more layers. I have a batter of 12 sheets.
So there you go: you have to melt the butter on low heat, it is desirable to remove the white whey (I did that once photographed, removed a tea spoon). Nuts to chop, slightly to fry. Mix with sugar and cinnamon. For the syrup mix in a saucepan the sugar, water, honey, lemon juice, cinnamon, cloves. Melt over low heat, cook, stirring until mixture is to the consistency of syrup. Remove from heat, allow to cool. The syrup can be prepared while the baklava is baked.
The necessary form, you can take a regular baking tray
Form (pan) grease with melted butter, lay out the first sheet of dough, grease with oil, the same thing done with another 2 sheets of dough.
On the third greased layer we spread our nuts. Nuts can be spread on each pastry sheet as you like, but then they will need more.
Repeat the previous steps 2 more times (3 sheets of dough + nuts + 3 sheets of dough + nuts). The edges of the dough can be folded in, at your discretion, either pre-cut to the shape of your baking tray.
Top and spread the remaining three sheets of dough, oiling melted butter
Cut our baklava into squares, and put into a pre heated oven (180-220°C). Bake for 15-20 minutes until Golden brown. You need to look to nothing burnt.
After our baklava has become a Golden color to give it a little cool, or immediately pour the prepared syrup.
Well, and here is the result! all Bon appetit and good luck in experiments!
