Cooking
To prepare the ingredients for the recipe. Boil the rice (water, salt, 1,5 stack. rice take 3 cups. water). With legs to remove the meat scroll through a meat grinder (I cut only with a knife) and season with salt and pepper, add a little spice. Fry the minced meat, add a little grated cheese, mix thoroughly and cool.

Fry in vegetable (unscented) oil or butter. Our rice balls (roughly 15-17 pieces) ready!
