Peaches cleaned from the bones and cut into small slices. I had 2 large peach, each with 170 g.
I cooked in a frying pan with non-stick coating. On a heated pan pour the powdered sugar and caramelize on low heat. As soon as the powdered sugar "melted" (it will take about 3-5 minutes)
Fry a little (2-4 minutes) and add butter. A couple of minutes simmer the peaches until they are on all sides covered with caramel sauce. To interfere must be carefully not to break the slices of peaches. Cook quickly so that the sauce is not frozen!
