Beet caviar with cheese
We in Luhansk is a wild heat, my husband and I eat only vegetables in any form. Today, at the request of the wife, cooked beet caviar, and since we love spicy food, the sauce - was very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Beets

  • Sugar

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

  • Adjika

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Khmeli-suneli

    1 tsp

  • Parsley

    1 coup

Raw vegetables (beets, carrots, onions) peel and cut onion into cubes, carrots and beets grate. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the onion with the carrots at the end of roasting, add sugar, stir and brown the onions, add seasoning, tomato paste and stir, lower the gas and simmer on medium heat for 5-7 minutes.

Now add the chopped beetroot, salt, a little water, stir, cover and let all the vegetables get well acquainted with each other (15 minutes).
