Herring fillets in wine sauce
A very nice appetizer.

Ingredients

  • Herring

    1 kg

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Bay leaf

    3 piece

  • Allspice

    5 piece

  • Wine white semi-dry

    1 cup

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    20 g

  • Carnation

    3 piece

Clean the herring and milling it (a real nasty piece of work).

Roll fillet rolls, chop off the skewers and put close to each other in a deep bowl. My fillet was plump and poorly folded.

In boiling water, drop the sliced onions, Bay leaf, allspice, cloves and boil 5 minutes on weak fire under a cover. After adding in a marinade of sugar, vinegar, white wine and boil for another 2 minutes. The marinade and season with sugar and cool.

Prepared herring fillets pour the marinade and put in 10-12 hours in the cold. To make the sandwiches and enjoy!
