  • Herring

    1 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Pepper white

  • Allspice

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

herring fillet cut into slices, season with spices and vinegar

mix mayonnaise with the beet juice, pour over fish. Add lemon slices. close with a tight lid and chill for 3 days
