Cooking
For the preparation of snacks I took pickled crisp cucumbers TM "6 acres", prepared from fresh cucumbers and greens.
Put to boil eggs. When the eggs are cooked, we peel them and separate the whites from the yolks. Grind separately to a fine grater.
Now on a fine grater to grate cheese.
Add to cheese shredded egg whites and mix everything.
Make a fragrant sauce, which mix mayonnaise with garlic. Garlic grind in any convenient way.
It remains only to collect our eateries rolls. I took the sliced slices smoked-cooked beef.
Take a slice of beef and spread it with garlic mayonnaise. Do not need much.
On one edge put cheese mixture and egg whites. (Of course, you can mix the stuffing and garlic mayonnaise, but adding them separately will make finished rolls are much softer and more airy).
On top of the cheese mixture and egg whites put crunchy pickled cucumber TM 6 sotok.
Now to roll I have used rice paper. (According to the instructions on the package wet rice paper) and then fold the sheet in half.
Put on the rice paper with the beef filling and tightly roll the roulade. So after all the beef slices with filling.
It remains only to arrange the rolls so they looked nice and appetizing. To do this, take each roll and dip the two ends in mayonnaise, and then put in grated yolks. Rolls of beef with crunchy pickles of TM "6 acres" spread on a dish and before serving put in the refrigerator. Bon appetit!
