Marinated fish with garlic
During severe lent the only allowed animal product is a fish. According to the strict monastic Charter, it is only two day for 7 long weeks: the feast of the Annunciation and the feast of the Entry of Christ into Jerusalem (palm Sunday). From us, the laity, not expected such self-sacrifice, so the fish during Great lent, we eat more often. How to cook fish so that it is not only delicious, but also easy to unaccustomed heavy meals of the body? Offer you a recipe of grilled, marinated fish with garlic and soy sauce "Kikkoman".

Steaks from shark you need 2 hours to hold in cold water with lemon juice - 3 tbsp (because shark meat has a bitter taste, to remove this bitterness of his and soaked).
