Steak chicken legs with potatoes
Old and unjustly forgotten my recipe. Full lunch or dinner minimum number of simple foods cooked for the minimum amount of time.

Ingredients

  • The chicken legs

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Potatoes, peel, wash cut into four pieces, boil in salted water until soft about 5 minutes.

Ham wash, dry, remove the skin.

Carefully cut the bone from the thigh. Bone from the tibia cut, to cut off in the middle, leaving the bone at the bottom of the legs. Season with salt and pepper. If the bones were cut unevenly, the leg can be slightly discourage, cover with cling film.

Roll in flour.

Well dip them in a beaten egg. Fry in vegetable oil without smell on both sides, add potatoes, reduce heat and fry until Golden brown for 5-7 minutes. Preheat the oven to 190*, put the pan in the oven and cook until ready in about 10 minutes. But you can bring to readiness in the pan, cover with a lid and reduce the heat to low.

To serve, sprinkle with herbs. You can add hot pepper and a slice of lemon.
