Description
Came to grandma's fresh homemade cottage cheese, so I decided to make cheesecake. Just the season of blueberries in the forest these berries are heaps - and got the blueberry and vanilla cheesecake.

Cooking
Take butter, melt to a liquid state. Mash the biscuits, pour in the oil. Mix well. Spread on the bottom of the form and a good rap. Put in the fridge to froze.
Throws in the blender sour cream, sugar (0,5 Cup. leave), milk and cheese homemade. Grind to a uniform mass. Add to gelatin (dissolve 1 Pach. gelatin in 0.5 Cup. of boiling water, a little cool). Share all of this into 2 parts. Molded in a deep dish, a little more than half the weight. Add to the vanilla. Mix well.
In the lower half (what was left in the blender) throw in the blueberries and grind. Pour into a deep plate.
Take out of fridge and put in the center on our biscuit, two tablespoons of each mixture (as in "Zebra"). Then something sharp (knife can) we draw lines from the center to the edge, from the edge to the center. Get something like the web. Put in the fridge for 2.5-3 hours.
When all is well hardens - remove shape edges. Cheesecake is ready.
