Honey cake with cream of boiled condensed milk. Long this cake waiting in the wings and waited. Today is the birthday of my husband, my Sultan, and, of course, I pleased him this wonderful dessert. He is very sweet, so sweet tooth will like it!!

Cooking
RUB the egg with sugar until light and mass.
In a saucepan put the oil and honey, the fire is below average.
Add soda, stirring constantly. Mass will increase in volume. Mix until until the mixture becomes a caramel color
Turn off the heat and stir for 1 more minute. Ready. This color.
Enter the egg mixture and vanilla (I have a liqueur METAXA: for connoisseurs recommend; dad for the evening appreciated:), my husband was not in the taste, like any other liquor; we got more left on the bottom, and instead of a tsp., I added the remaining tablespoon:)).
Add the flour and knead the dough. Put 1 hour in a warm place.
Make the cream. Beat with a mixer butter room temperature; instead of 50 g of butter, you can put the cream cheese, which I did, so that was not so greasy it was. Add condensed milk and orange zest. Then I messed up and added condensed milk from the butter and all of that whipped cream was not so thick. Moreover, I took the usual condensed milk, not cooked, don't know why:). In General, because of this, the cake turned out so fluffy as it should be. The cream was set to cool in the fridge.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. The dough roll into a sausage and divide into 6 parts. Roll out the dough on floured parchment. The dough obedient, but roll out was quite difficult for me (whether late - 11 at night, or strength is not enough after work:) ). So roll out of 6 cakes at a time - in the oven for 3-4 minutes; I have perfectly cooked for 2.
When pulled from the oven, put it on a dish and allow to cool and harden, and then trim the unwanted separated from the cake (do not do this when the cakes are warm, I tried it, I almost ruined the cake). Here are our finished cakes.
I trim slightly shredded and mixed with hazelnuts is for dusting the cake. Put the cake together. On each cake I took 3 tbsp of cream.
Sprinkle top with crumbs and put in a refrigerator for impregnation. I stood in the night.
Comments: the cake is very sweet because of the cakes, so we can safely use the other cream, unsweetened (I'll try to mix the butter cream with whipped cream). My husband liked it very much, he was a fan of baklawa. Here at sweets it is the same as the Turkish baklava or even sweeter. Well, condensed: if you want a thicker cake, use boiled condensed milk, it is thicker and therefore will not so spread.
