1. Boil potatoes in their skins, until almost cooked. 2. Beef to boil and mince, season with salt and pepper. 3. Slice the mushrooms and together with onions fry, add to the mince, mix well. 4. Potatoes cool, peel and cut lengthwise into halves. 5. Teaspoon to scrape the middle, so were the pumps, but the bottom should be plump, not much to do deepening, and add to the mince. 6. Now this stuffing fill our half and doused in a mayonnaise-sour cream mixture.
