I love the pots, but mostly they cooked meat with vegetables, but recently stumbled on this recipe. I liked it very much, because of energy costs does not require almost any! And the main principle of pot (in my concept) respect - laid and forgotten!

Cooking
Chicken cut into pieces, mix with finely chopped onion, pepper, salt to taste, add the soy sauce, lemon juice, mix well, cover and refrigerate, preferably overnight, but not for long.
In a pot pour 50 grams of rice and cover with water so that the water level was at 10-15 mm above the rice.
Add the chicken together with the onion and get the juice and put in a cold oven.
To set the temperature of 200-220 degrees and simmer until the rice is tender (on average, after heating oven about 25-30 minutes)
Serve in pots. Optionally, sprinkle with herbs. Bon appetit!
