Cooking
For the dough make the dough. To do this, mix the yeast, sugar, salt and half the liquid(water or milk that You prefer). Allow to rise. I have this process took 15-20 minutes.
Knead the dough, adding any liquid eggs. Gradually add flour and stir until smooth. Give the dough more time to rise for 40-50 minutes.
While the dough rises, make filling. Fat cut in small cubes and fry. Also chop onion and add to fat.
When the onions become Golden brown, add chopped meat. Add salt and pepper.
Well, the dough came, the stuffing is ready. Combine together the filling, dough, chopped fresh herbs, crushed garlic. If not very salty weight, you can add a seasoning, in my case it is "Vegetta".
Preheat the pan with vegetable oil and spread with a spoon and fry them on both sides, as ladki. The spoon is constantly wet in cold water. Since the dough would be better to keep up.
