This recipe gave me my friend, the Argentine. I decided to try it out of curiosity, and it turned out delicious and beautiful! The filling can be any to do, even sweet. The kids like it! And it is not difficult, and the guests loved it!

Cooking
Beat separately the protein. Combine with egg yolk, flour, sugar and pinch of salt. Again all whisk.
On a baking tray put a sheet of baking paper on it and pour the batter, evenly distributed with a spoon and in the oven. Bake at 140 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
Wet a kitchen towel, transfer the sheet of baked dough. In a blender grind the olives with a drop of oil, spread the mixture over the dough, sprinkle with grated cheese, put thin sliced ham and salami (or what is in the fridge), chopped tomato and lettuce.
Neatly wrap the roll and put to rest in the fridge. Cut into slices and spread on a plate. Bon appetit!
