I have to admit - I have prepared this dish for the first time, off the cuff, while respecting some rules. But about them later... Turned out great!!! Flesh tender and very juicy, aromatic framing of vegetables under crispy cheese crust! Help yourself!

Meat cut into portions in the thickness of 1-1,5 cm, return it and marinate with soy sauce, brandy, chopped garlic and ground black pepper. No other spices to add! In this case, the dish will be dominated by a strong, rich meat flavor with a hint of delicious garlic. And that the meat turned out juicy salt marinade is not recommended. Meat fry on high heat for 1-2 minutes on each side. To put it only in well-heated vegetable oil, preferably a thick-walled pan, then the juice will not have time to emerge. This is the second, although quite "hairy" rule.

Meat put the beans and sprinkle with grated cheese and send in a preheated 200-210 degree oven for 15 minutes.
