Snack cocktail with cheese and peas
Snack food with an interesting mint pea taste.

The recipe I used 2 kinds of cheese - "Belebeevsky" and "Bolster young". They rubbed on a medium grater. I want to say a few words about cheese. "Belebeyevskaya" - very tender, spicy, moderately salty. "Bolster young" cheese with a rich flavor and a pleasant aftertaste.

Green peas cooked in vegetable broth (the broth should be well seasoned), then place in a bowl with ice water (not to lose color). The broth does not pour.

2 g gelatin pour 200 ml of cooled broth in which the cooked peas. Cook according to the recipe.

Peas (2/3 of total) sort verrines, pour the vegetable stock with gelatin. Put in the refrigerator until fully cured. I froze in the freezer for 10 min.

The rest of the peas to combine with grated "Belebeyevskaya" cheese.

Add the cream, finely chopped mint, a pinch of salt and pepper. Punching blender. RUB through a sieve.
