The Christmas holidays lasted quite a long time and often come unexpectedly. For such a case offer to make roses out of dough Kataifi, which defrosts very quickly, and sausages, which are always at hand :) But in the end it turns out very beautiful and tasty snack.

To prepare this recipe, I used sausage TM Cherkizovo.
Each sausage cut into 5 parts.
The dough Kataifi pre-defrosted.
Nip off a strand test.
Alternating a strand of dough and a slice of sausage to form a "rosette".
For convenience, placed in a silicone mold. Lubricate each rosette with melted butter. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees about 15-18 minutes.
