Chicken parfait
Very, very tender and juicy. And again legs...

Ingredients

  • The chicken legs

    2 piece

  • Orange zest

    1 tsp

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cognac

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Chicken boil, cool, separate the meat from the bones

Beat egg with milk in a blender

Add to milk-egg mixture boiled meat, salt, pepper, brandy and softened butter. Beat about five minutes. After whisking add the orange zest and stir.

Molds grease with oil and pour into them the whipped mass. In a pan pour hot water, put them in shape with parfait and send in a preheated oven at temperature of 180 gr. for one hour.

Ovens are all different, so determine the readiness parfait at the ruddy crust on top.
