Buckwheat patties with cheese
Tasty, healthy dish will delight all fans of healthy food!

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cheese

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Butter

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Seasoning

  • Bread crumbs

  • Sour cream

  • Sunflower oil

Cook buckwheat. I cook in the microwave on maximum power (1000) were cooked for 18 minutes.

Grind onion, carrot and garlic (I slashed them all in a blender)

Fry until cooked in butter

Cool buckwheat blender and make it puree. Then add to it eggs, fried, flour, salt, spices, herbs. All thoroughly kneaded! Should be thickish. Well... as for meatballs =)

Cut cheese cubes (amount of cubes depends on the size of the cutlets. I was doing a meatball the size of a palm and cheese ~1,5-2cm)

Palm pour bread crumbs, put a spoonful of the mixture forming a pellet. In the center put a slice of cheese and second hand, with croutons, cheese covered the edges of the pellet. Again dip them in breadcrumbs.

Fry the patties in sunflower oil without smell.

Spread on a plate (but not to each other as I, and each separately - they are very delicate, and the cheese may leak out!). Decorate with greens, sour cream and... Bon APPETIT!
