Fish with sour cream in a pot
The fish was very tasty and healthy. Approved by my son, was eating for both cheeks.

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    300 g

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

[b]Specified ingredients designed for 2 pots.[/b] Carrots grate on a coarse grater, onion finely chopped. A small portion of carrots and onions to put on the bottom of the pot.

Fish fillet cut into small pieces and put in pots. On top of the fish place a layer of onions and carrots.

In a bowl pour the cream, add the tomato paste, salt, water. Stir thoroughly.

Pour the resulting sauce in the pot.

Put bake in a pre heated oven for 30-40 minutes.
