Muffins with peaches
Tasty and tender muffins with a slice of peach.

Ingredients

  • Peach

    12 piece

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Sugar

    125 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Dark chocolate

    25 g

  • Powdered sugar

Cooking

Peaches drain in a colander to stack the juice.

Soft butter sprinkle the sugar and salt. Stir well.

Gradually add one egg.

The flour and baking powder mix.

Sift directly into the egg-oil mass and mix gently.

As the chocolate chips I used chocolate candy. Rubbed through a fine grater.

Add chocolate chips and stir.

Tins of grease and sprinkle with flour or semolina.

Lay the dough on 2/3 of the molds. In the middle to deepen the slice of peach convex side up. My molds were small, so I shared half of the slices into two parts.

Bake in a preheated 180*C oven for 15-20 minutes. To get molds, to give them a little cool, pull out the cupcakes and sprinkle with icing sugar.
