Salad with chicken and mushrooms
Simple but delicious and hearty salad. Good "and in the feast and in the world, and good people" on the festive table, and in everyday life. You can apply in the General bowl, cooked or in salads - the last option my family like the most.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

  • Mushrooms

    500 g

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Onion

  • Mayonnaise

  • Sunflower oil

    3 Tbsp

Mushrooms cut into slices, boil off the liquid and fry with the addition of 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Season with salt and pepper. I added salt instead of 2 tbsp soy and 1 tbsp balsamic sauces. Cooked mushrooms with a slotted spoon and put in a salad bowl, leave the oil in the pan.

Onion cut into quarter-rings.

In a pan, where roasted mushrooms, add 1 tbsp sunflower oil and fry the onion until Golden state, a little salt.

Cheese to grate on a coarse grater.

Chicken fillet prepared in any convenient way (I cook thighs and separated the meat from the bones and skin), cut into medium-sized cubes. Instead of chicken you can use squid - it turns out wonderfully delicious.

Combine all in a salad bowl or any suitable container.

Mix well. Mayonnaise (you can use sour cream+mayonnaise), mix again. Salt, rather, there will be no need.

To arrange according to your taste and desire. I have salad in rye tartlets.
