Beet salad with feta
This salad can be prepared in 5 minutes for a snack if you suddenly have unexpected guests, or, a pre-planned party. I'm sure - in any case, it would be a good Desk decoration. He successfully blends the sweet taste of the beets with salty feta, pungent aroma of parsley, the sharpness of garlic and acidity from the lemon juice, which smooths out the sharpness of garlic and the fat content of olive oil. Due to baking in the microwave, beets has a very rich, sweet taste and maintains all the juices. I did a search on the site for a similar recipe and found the same. Found a salad with beets, some with feta, but they differ, so I want to share my recipe.

Ingredients

  • Beets

    70 g

  • Feta

    50 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Parsley

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

Beets peel and cut into cubes 1 - 1.5 cm

Add crumbled feta. Season with olive oil (you can Exra Virgin, but I take Extra Light Tasting - cleared for frying -- it has no sharp taste and smell). Add lemon juice and salt
