Graviola jelly with berries
Always made jelly as it is written on the bag, but today came across a slightly different way, froze quickly.

Ingredients

  • Jelly

    15 g

  • Sour cream

    300 g

  • Berry

  • Powdered sugar

Gelatin, pour a half Cup of cold water and leave for 30 minutes. Then a container of gelatin to put in the microwave for 40 seconds. Mix the sour cream with berries (I had frozen) and add some powdered sugar (to taste).

In sour cream mixture pour prepared gelatin and refrigerate until firm.

I froze for 30-40 minutes. However, I screwed up a little when removed, lowered into the hot water, I scooped a little water in the jelly, which of course spoiled on the external appearance(( you Can gently with a sharp knife to separate from the walls.
