Julien with mushrooms
Creamy mushroom dish. Looks beautiful on the holiday table.

Ingredients

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    50 g

Onions finely shred. Slice the mushrooms into strips.

Heat vegetable oil, fry the onions for 2 minutes. Add the sliced mushrooms. Simmer on medium heat without a lid.

The flour to dry on a dry pan. Do not fry.

Add butter and stirring constantly fry.

Then gradually pour the cream and while stirring bring to a boil.

Pour in the mushroom sauce. Salt, pepper.

Ramekins greased with butter, put them in the mushroom mixture on top sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200*C.

Served julienne a cocotte, put on a plate lined with kitchen paper. The handle ramekins wear a hair curler.
