Potatoes baked with cheese is an amazing dish that will please the whole family. I recommend to try.

Cooking
Peel the potatoes, RUB with salt, put on a baking tray and bake in the oven until cooked.
Cut from one side of the potato "lid", remove most of the flesh and wipe.
Protertia to the potatoes add the butter, grated cheese, raw egg yolk, sour cream, salt and pepper. The mass is well kneaded.
Fill the potatoes with this stuffing, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven (10-15 minutes).
