The recipe for these sausages I found on the website of "Cook" and very grateful to the author of this recipe. My kids liked them a lot. You can try to surprise their kids these sausages with a surprise.

Cooking
Cheese mash with egg, flour, sugar, baking soda and salt to taste. Thoroughly knead the dough. From the test you need to form as many balls, how many pieces of sausage (16-20).
Sausages boiled and cut into 4 pieces once lengthwise and once across. Each ball of dough to flatten into a pancake and wrap a quarter of the sausage.
Roll into small rolls, roll in flour.
Fry on all sides until it will turn brown. Sausages are fried quickly. They turn out tender and tasty. My kids were just in awe of those sausages with a surprise:)
