Cooking
In warm milk dissolve salt and sugar. Pour the melted ghee. Add the sifted flour mixed with dry yeast. Knead the dough. Can the dough be prepared in a bread maker, but bake better in the oven. Put in a warm place to rise for an hour. As the dough rises, punch down, form loaf and put it on a greased baking sheet. To make easy cross cuts and leave for 30 minutes, the dough rose again.
As a future bar will increase in volume, put the baking pan in the preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
