Description
Delicious, juicy cake with a thin crust. Cooked very quickly. For the recipe a huge thank you to master baking Ludmilla Matschulat (Demchenko). I slightly changed the ingredients. For those who do not like onions, you can replace it with broccoli that has been lightly boiled. On the website there are similar recipes, but they are on a yeast or puff pastry.

Cooking
Prepare the dough. Beat egg, add vegetable oil, milk, and cottage cheese. Mix well. You can use a mixer, I made the dough by hand. Mix the flour with salt, baking powder, and to enter into cottage cheese. Knead the dough until ready, the dough should be soft, roll into a ball, wrap it in foil and put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Prepare the filling. Bacon cut into small cubes, lightly fry in a pan without additional oil. Onion cut into half rings, add in bacon, salt (salt carefully, bacon can be salty already) and pepper to taste, fry a bit, don't overcook. Cool.
For filling, beat eggs, add sour cream, nutmeg, pepper mixture. If you cream will be liquid, can be added to the mixture 1H. spoons of corn starch.
Pour the mixture into onion-bacon mixture, mix well.
The dough sprinkle a little flour and roll out on baking paper, place it in a form, make a small bumpers. I put the frame size of 24х34.
Pour the ground onions on the dough, spreading it all over.
Bake in preheated oven to 200C for around 30-35 minutes. watch your oven.
To release the cake from the mold, allow to cool for 10min. and you can start tasting.
