Cooking
On low heat melt the butter, add the broken chocolate, remove from heat, move until tender chocolate.
Cake pan I used cherry jam.
Add to the chocolate mixture, sugar, jam, eggs. Mix well, I did it with a mixer. Add flour, soda, again a little beat with a mixer.
For "freckles" I used here are the crackers.
Cake pan vystelit baking paper, grease it with vegetable oil. Pour 1/3 of the dough to form, then add layer of crackers, as pictured. Then pour over the crackers and spread another 1/3 of the dough, re-lay out the crackers and pour on crackers the rest of the dough, flatten. Bake at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes. To check the readiness of the cake with a wooden skewer, if it comes out dry the cupcake, then everything is ready. Remove the cake from the form, cool. To make the frosting. For this, mix in a Cup of sugar and cocoa. Then, on low heat melt the butter in the milk, and only after the butter has melted, not before, add the cocoa mixture with sugar. On a slow fire, with constant stirring, bring the mixture to a boil but do not boil! Remove from heat after the glaze has cooled slightly, put it on top of the cupcake. Decorate the cupcake in its sole discretion. I took a cherry, dipped it in melted white chocolate and decorated with candies.
