Meat pate with cranberry jelly
This dish is prepared with pleasure, sedesa with an appetite! Yes, and looks a lovely table decoration! Can be spread on bread and with tea or a glass of wine. Delicious!!

Ingredients

  • Meat

    500 g

  • Chicken liver

    500 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Pepper white

    1 tsp

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Cranberries

    200 g

  • Gelatin

    10 g

  • Pepper pink

    0.5 tsp

  • Lemon

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Soak cranberries in brandy for an hour. Onion cut into slices and fry with the liver in sunflower oil (2st. L.) until tender.
