Stuffed pork loin on the bone with plum sauce D arbo
The pork turns out very tasty with not only vegetables, but also in combination with plum sauce d arbo, cheese and herbs, thanks to these ingredients, it becomes an amazing taste and aroma.

Ingredients

  • Loin

    700 g

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Sauce fruit

    2 Tbsp

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

Pork loin, wash and dry.

Cut them into pieces.

With a sharp knife in the meat to penetrate pockets and trim excess fat.
