Cooking
Pork loin, wash and dry.
With a sharp knife in the meat to penetrate pockets and trim excess fat.
Cheese to grate on a coarse grater. Finely chop the garlic and chop the herbs. Add plum sauce d arbo. Mix well.
Divide the stuffing into equal parts and stuff each slice of pork loin.
