Millefeuille with blueberries
Mille - feuille, the French layered dish. Classic Mille - feuille confection consisting of layers of crispy dough, filled with cream.

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

    250 g

  • Cheese curd

    150 g

  • Cream

    200 g

  • Blueberries

    400 g

  • Powdered sugar

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

The blueberries thaw, pushing on the sieve.

One layer of dough roll out thinly and divide into 3 parts.

Every bake in a preheated 200*C oven for 5 -7 minutes.

Cream whipped with 2 tablespoons powdered sugar, add cream cheese, stir, whip. On the baked crust spread half of the cream on top to distribute half of the berries, sprinkle with icing sugar.

Put the second layer, to repeat the action with the cream and berries. To put the third layer. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
