put the cakes on the bottom of a split form, we stamp... I kind of prefer the cakes with a sponge base, but it is possible and so: 1 pack of anniversary cookies and half a pack of butter, crush biscuits, melt the butter and mix it all.
add in cream and coffee
dissolve gelatin
mix with cream and pour on the cakes, decorate, and refrigerate for 2-3 hours (I stood the night) - although grabbed instantly
When ready, do not forget to gently hold the knife along the sides of the form
