Cooking
Chicken fillet cut into pieces.
Onion cut into small cubes.
Sliced fillet add the onion, pepper, salt to taste, add the soy sauce, lemon juice.
Mix well. Cover with a lid, preferably of smaller size and put in the refrigerator, preferably overnight, but not for long.
In a pot pour 100g. rice.
Pour water so that the water level was at 10-15 mm above the rice.
Add the chicken together with the onion and get the juice.
Put in a cold oven, preheat the oven on high heat to a temperature of 200-220 degrees and simmer until the rice is tender (on average, after heating oven about 25-30 minutes). Serve in pots.
