The dish turns out nastoianka fragrant and delicate, that words cannot describe - you need to cook! ))) I am preparing a beef for dinner, and at idle the table - even after a heap of salads and snacks all eat it! Cooking
Wash the meat, dry and cut into small pieces. If You have the meat with the veins, then divide the slices of meat into 3-4 pieces and in turn, covered with regular transparent package to repel. I got the meat clean, free of veins, so I this step is not done.
Put the meat in a deep bowl. Add: mustard, soy sauce (6-7 tbsp), a mixture of peppers, Khmeli-suneli, Basil, rosemary and salt to taste.
In a deep pan put meat (I don't add oil, but you can pour a little). Fry on the fire above average stirring continuously. Once the meat will release juice, diminish the heat to medium and cover with a lid and for 10 minutes. During this time, stir it 3-4 times.
Wait until everything boils, diminish the fire almost to low, cover and simmer 1 hour.
While our meat stew, prepare the vegetables. Garlic and onions finely chop. From tomato to remove the core with seeds and cut into cubes. Black olives (if you decide to add them) cut into slices. Grate cheese on a fine grater.
At the expiration of the allotted time, to the meat add the garlic, stir, cover and turn off heat. In this step I usually turn on the oven and heat it to 180 degrees.
A baking pan or baking sheet lightly greased with vegetable oil and spread the meat. You can add a little water (just 5 mm)
Grease the meat with ketchup or sauce.
Next comes the layer of onions.
Then tomatoes. In this step, I add a little salt and pour any remaining soy sauce.
Make mesh from mayonnaise.
And, of course, on top of all sprinkle with cheese ) Put in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes turn off the oven. I prefer to leave meat off in the oven for 20-30 minutes... but it does not always work ))) By this time the husband is already with a plate behind my back )))
