This delicious, aromatic, full bodied coffee I give to my beloved bestie, the same kofemanka, like me, Olenka, our chereshenka (Olena731) and her boys, Vanya and Daniel.

Cooking
I prefer coffee to use of cane not refined Demerara sugar, as it has a rich aroma and perfectly sets off the taste scale coffee.
Figs cut into pieces, about the size of a grain of coffee. Dry on a dry pan until brittle state.
Then the figs along with the coffee smoliam in a coffee grinder.
Next, in a dry Turku pour a teaspoon of brown sugar, added ground with figs and coffee. Put Turku (without water) on a small fire and warmed up our mix approximately 2-3 minutes, gently moving Turku, as if stirring the mixture as soon as the aroma, pour cold water, preferably boiled and spring and on low heat bring to a boil.
As soon as the foam began to rise, turn off the heat, allow to stand for 2-3 minutes
Then strain into a mug and enjoy a great Cup of coffee.
