Cooking
Squid need to be cleaned. I brush my slightly thawed until warm to touch under hot water. Skins seized from the edge to the middle, so it's easier to remove. The inside is also removed.
Carrot peel and grate on a coarse grater. Onions cleaned and cut into half rings. Squid drop it into boiling water for 1 minute.
The squid is removed the cartilage and cut the pink gromacki. Cut large strips.
5 tbsp vegetable oil fry the onion. We shift into another bowl.
Separately fry onions carrots 5 tbsp vegetable oil. Put the carrot to the onions.
Fry calmarie. First, they will evaporate the liquid.
As soon as the liquid evaporates (I have at this point, kalbarczyk begin to "jump" in the skillet) add to them the fried onions and carrots. Stir, add salt, pepper and simmer for another 3-4 minutes.
