Salad
A simple and delicious salad! Perfect for lean or diet menus as well as in the period of lack of vitamins!!!

Ingredients

  • Beets

    4 piece

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Orange juice

  • Balsamic

    20 ml

  • Olive oil

    60 ml

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Dill

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Fresh beets, peel and grate on the largest grater slices.

Clean and in the same way grate the Apple. To unite with beetroot and mix well.

For the filling in a resealable jar, pour juice, oil, balsamic, salt, pepper, squeezing or grate the garlic, add the dill. Think all of this things shake until smooth and pour salad on top.
