Warm salad with caramelized chicken livers
Easy and elegant salad, with gentle liver and fresh vegetables, will be a great decoration of the festive table for a special occasion. And the reason today we have a special wedding anniversary. And besides, this is my 50th recipe here –we assume-anniversary. So help yourselves, friends. It is very tasty and festive!

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    5 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Olives

    10 piece

  • Lettuce

    4 sprig

  • Parsley

    2 sprig

  • Pine nuts

    1 handful

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    2 tsp

  • Brown sugar

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • The mixture of peppers

    1 pinch

  • Sundried tomatoes

    2 piece

Chop onions into strips, waking sugar dark muscovado and browned lightly in olive oil.
