Stewed chicken with tarragon
Chicken, stewed with tarragon and onions in white wine. A mouthwatering aroma and taste of this dish, I'm sure will impress you.

Ingredients

  • Chicken thigh

    6 piece

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Tarragon

    1 coup

  • Cilantro

    0.5 coup

  • Parsley

    0.5 coup

  • Dry white wine

    100 ml

  • Apple juice

    100 ml

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Olive oil

Cooking

Chicken RUB with salt and pepper.

Fry in olive oil on high heat until Golden brown. (for 3 minutes each side)

Parsley, cilantro and tarragon chop. (finely chop or use a blender) From tarhuna to take only the leaves, as the stems are too hard.

Garlic passed through the press, mix with greens.

Onion cut into half rings. I love onions, stewed in wine, so I put it in a dish a lot. If you are not a fan of this vegetable, reduce the amount.

Lemon cut into thin slices.

In a baking dish (the size of my form 28*20*6) put layers:half of the onion...

Half of the chopped greens with garlic...

Again the onion and the remaining herbs.

Pour mixture of white wine and Apple juice.

Cover tightly with foil and place in preheated oven to 130* and a half to two hours.

After two hours remove the foil (carefully, look out for hot steam!) and set the GRILL mode (or set the maximum temperature of the oven) and bake the chicken for another 10-15 minutes.
