Beef breaded in explanation rösti
This recipe was born from me today in the process of thinking about lunch, and the result was simply stunning. I hasten to share with all lovers of meat and potato pancakes.

Ingredients

  • Dutch cheese

    100 g

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Bacon

    100 g

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

  • Beef

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Egg white

    1 piece

Meat well repel, pepper and coat with 2 sides with soy sauce TM "Kikkoman".

While the meat is marinating, you can prepare the breading.
