Here's me today was beef.
Meat well repel, pepper and coat with 2 sides with soy sauce TM "Kikkoman".
While the meat is marinating, you can prepare the breading.
Potatoes and cheese to grate on a coarse grater, 1/2 medium onion and bacon into small. A little prisolit, add 1 egg and 1 egg white, mix well.
